1. What are the delivery times?
Our orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours.
Average delivery times are 2 to 7 working days depending on the destination.

2. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number .
You will then be able to track your package in real time.

3. Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 14 days after receipt to make a return or exchange.
The item must be new, unworn and in its original packaging.

4. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments by credit card (Visa, MasterCard) , PayPal , and cash on delivery (COD) depending on your region.

5. Do you offer guaranteed watches?
Yes, all our watches are covered by a 12-month warranty covering any manufacturing defects.
